Whatever Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger

And more tired!

After a five-year trek recovering from extreme fatigue caused by wheat involving re-establishing my professional reputation, I say yay!

Continuing on the trek, we (that's the Royal We) are doing nutritional supplements, protein and vegetables, very little carbs, very little sugar. I'm doing this because I have read two books that go a great deal into what a body needs and what happens if you don't get it. It's called the Diet Cure, but they should have called it "For Pete's Sake, EAT!!!!" (the food you need, not the food you don't need). I never woulda thunk it but I can actually get along pretty well with very little coffee and not much sugar. The key is the supplement and the protein (lots of eggs, fish, turkey, ham, beef, bell peppers, carrots, apples, bananas, salad).

I'll let you know how it goes. Next: Clementine!
